Our Attorney

Jonathan M. Cleary is an accomplished attorney based in the Oklahoma City Metro area, practicing at Davis and Associates. His primary focus is on family law, complemented by extensive expertise in taxation, estate planning, asset protection, probate, business and corporate law, nonprofit organizations, commercial law, and civil litigation. Jonathan is an esteemed member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and is licensed to practice before the United States Tax Court.

Jonathan earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University in May 2006. He continued his academic journey at Oklahoma City University School of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor in May 2017. During law school, Jonathan excelled academically and was actively involved in various organizations. He was honored with the Creek Nation Post-Graduate/Doctoral Grant Scholarship and the Chickasaw Nation Law Library Legal Research Award. Additionally, he earned certificates in Public Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution Advocacy.

Beyond his legal practice, Jonathan values time with his family and actively supports his community. He is an enthusiastic fan of the OKC Thunder and enjoys pursuing interests in music, art, farming, and ranching.
